As members of Safeagent and Arla Propertymark all security deposits are processed through a designated Client Account and then fully bonded with the Deposit Protection Service Custodial Service. Our website contains a constantly updated register of rental property. Please keep in mind that all our tenants are subject to referencing. Should you be uncertain as to your suitability or have specific requirements, please call us and speak to one of our Lettings team.
Permitted Payments
- Rent
- Utilities
- Holding deposit (up to 1 weeks’ rent)
- Security deposit (up to 5 weeks’ rent)
- Default fees such as; rent arrears, lost keys, other security devices, change of sharer, novation of contract, surrender of tenancy, charges associated with green deal or energy efficiency scheme.
Other permitted payments
Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
