Meet the Team

Andrew Berry
Managing Director

I worked in media and advertising in London before moving to New Zealand where I worked on campaigns for Energizer, BMW, Red Bull and Coca Cola.

I returned to Cornwall in 1996 and set up Kernow Property Services and have built a first-class team with a wealth of local and industry knowledge.

In 2018, I rowed across the Atlantic with my team The Atlantic Seamen as part of the Talisker Whiskey Challenge. I enjoy a challenge and have also cycled from London to Paris in 24 hours and from Lands End to John O'Groats!

Kate Gillan
Branch Manager

I have been with Kernow Property Services since August 2017. I know the industry through and through and have worked in property since 1995.

In my role I deal with new business, I enjoy meeting new landlords and providing them with the best advice and service, taking on new properties and building trusted relationships. I also look after the day to day running of the office, ensuring that we are always providing the best level of service to our clients.

In my free time, I sing in a community choir in Truro and enjoy walking my puppy, Teddy!

Claire Brand
Assistant Manager

I have worked in the letting industry since 2012. I pride myself on my positive, can-do attitude that allows me to gain working relationships with landlords, tenants and my colleagues.

My role with Kernow Property Services includes meeting new tenants, helping them get to know their new home, carrying out routine property inspections and managing the end of tenancy process.

Away from the office I like nothing more than to be socialising with family and friends or taking advantage of our beautiful coastline and beaches with my husband, two children and Buxton the family dog!

Katie Eagling
Senior Lettings Negotiator

I started with Kernow Property Services in 2021 to begin my career as a lettings negotiator. I come from a strong customer services background as I’ve grown up waitressing in hotels around Falmouth.

I’ve always been passionate about pursuing a role in lettings, and now enjoy travelling around Cornwall carrying out viewings and property inspections, learning the role and building good relationships with our clients.

In my spare time I enjoy finding new walks along the coast, new coffee stops and going to the gym, although it’s mainly the coffee stops that keep me going!

Megan
Lettings Negotiator

I started with Kernow Property Services in the summer 2024, I am the newest member of the team, but eager to start my letting negotiation journey.

I have a background in customer service, where I was responsible for arranging weddings and events around Cornwall’s beautiful venues. Now, I get to travel, as well as meeting new clients daily.

My roles and responsibilities include, move in’s, move outs, dealing with enquires for properties and supporting the rest of the team.

In my free time, I enjoy bike riding on the camel trail, and going for walks across our beaches (of course with a pint!)
